Breastfeeding can be difficult no matter how long you have been nursing your baby.
I personally have been nursing on demand for about 23 months and still going strong.
From nursing, I have learned patience. I have also learned to just go with the flow throughout the day. Breastfeeding has definitely helped me relax a little bit more about every day things.
There a 5 huge things that I have practicing that have helped me reach the 23 month mark of this journey and I would love to share them with all of you.
