Hello! I am a Mental Health and Relationship Strategist for Busy Moms.

After working as an engineer/ lawyer/mediator and navigating so many high highs and low lows I decided to help other moms do the same. Divorce, blended families, toxic relationships, finding love again, kiddos, special needs, everything is different when we change our perspectives.

Let’s create a community and unite to love our lives, uniqueness, passions, bodies, and dreams! That is what I am passionate about.

Fluent in Spanish and English, I live on the coast in Puerto Rico and LOVE the sunset beach views, travelling and being mom to my 2 precious kiddos.

My son has autism and navigating this journey with him has provided me with amazing discovering and insights that I am looking forward to sharing with you!
