10 Tips To Help You SLAY Your New Year Resolution

New Years is the time of year for new beginnings. People all over the nation are looking for ways to accomplish their new year's resolutions. 


But did you know, studies show that people abandon their new year resolution by February.

This year it's different! This year, is your year.
No more excuses.
No more regret.

Here are some helpful tips so you can SLAY your 2018 new year resolution:

1. Define your WHY! Everything has a purpose, define yours and hold on to it.
2. Create a dream board. Place it somewhere you can see it daily.
3. Believe in yourself. You can do it!
4. Get a new year's resolutions buddy to help you stay accountable.
5. Benchmark rewards. Its takes 21 days to create a new habit! You can start there.
6. Read and/or listen to self development books that will keep you motivated.
7. Listen to podcast on topics about your goals. (fitness, health, travel, etc)
8. Make the most of each day. There will be a few setbacks. Learn from it and move on. Get back up right away.
9. Use positive affirmation, daily.
10. Don’t give up! Success doesn’t come from what you do occasionally. It comes from whatyou do consistently.

2018 is your year mama, because you deserve it!
